Having long been committed to exploring more advanced processing technology and independent innovation, such as the punched commutators segments, automatic commutators segments stacking, automatic tang and riser slotting , automatic segments gap cutting, checking the commutators one by one. We ensures and enhances its competitive through a series of effective process.
Our commutators are used in the following automobile motors application such as the vehicle starters, electric generators, windscreen wipers, electric fans ,automobile seat, windows rolling-up motors, redirector motors , air flow control motors, the ABS braking systems, fuel pumps , air-conditioning, copper commutators for power tools, household application such as the Granding machines ,Drilling machines ,Hammers, Circular saws , Jig saws ,Electrical planers ,etc. The motor commutators diameter could be from diameter 5mm to diameter 200mm. We make the new carbon commutators for the corrosion condition motors and the lower temperature fuel pumps motors. We also make the big silver bearing copper segments for the locomotive high power motors commutators. Please check our commutators list for your motors project.
